Multilingual REDCap Automation Build

We are conducting a longitudinal clinical research study requiring a secure, automated data collection platform. We are seeking an experienced REDCap developer or research informatics specialist to design and implement the system.
The project involves pre-intervention, post-intervention, and 3-month follow-up surveys across 17 languages using validated instruments (e.g., DASS-21). The database must meet HIPAA-equivalent security standards and align with IRB requirements for identifiable data separation.
• Build a REDCap project with longitudinal events (Pre, Post, Follow-up).
• Implement multilingual surveys using validated translations.
• Configure automated survey invitations and reminders (timed and event-based).
• Set up pseudonymized identifiers linking participants to practitioners while maintaining PHI separation.
• Document system architecture, data flow, and access roles for IRB submission.
• Provide basic user training and project handoff documentation.
