Java GUI Student Manager
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m completing a college project that calls for a full-featured Student Management System written in Java with a desktop GUI. The scope is tightly focused on administrator functionality only, so there’s no need to build separate teacher or student portals.
Core features I need implemented:
• Student enrolment and registration screens that capture the usual bio-data, programme, year, and contact details.
• An administrator dashboard where I can Add, Edit, and Delete student records quickly, with changes persisting to a lightweight database (SQLite or MySQL—whichever you prefer).
The code must be clean, object-oriented, and well commented because I’ll be presenting it for grading. A simple “one-click” runnable jar or Gradle/Maven project that launches the GUI is essential so my examiner can test it without extra setup. If you use Swing, JavaFX, or another mainstream Java UI toolkit, please keep the styling straightforward and student-friendly.
Deliverables
1. Complete source code with clear package structure.
2. Database script or pre-populated file for easy importing.
3. A short README outlining how to build and run the application.
4. Screenshots or a brief screen-capture clip demonstrating the key user flows.
I’ll test by enrolling sample students, editing a record, and confirming that deletions update immediately in the database. If everything compiles and these operations work flawlessly, I’ll sign off without revisions.
