HeART online tool

I have an existing client interactive data management system built with mongo db database. I want to have this re-created w Bubble io or another more versatile programming. The tool includes an assessment which generates reports for individuals and aggregate groups. Access to the tool is based on a training package then users can enter data directly. The new version must be able to be resident on different servers.
