Graphics for a White Paper

Dear Graphic Designer,
I have created 11 figures (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.) for an upcoming 45-page white paper and would like to have them redesigned into professional-quality graphics. While the figures are relatively simple, they will be included in a formal publication, so I would like them to have a polished and professional appearance.

Please review the attached figures and let me know what would be required to elevate them to a publication-quality standard. I would also appreciate an estimate of the cost and turnaround time for completing this work.
