Full Stack Development of Online Interactive Database

Hi there,
We are a research team known as CORRE (https://correprogram.com/) looking to work with a full-stack developer on a project to create an interactive online database of research articles. We would like to create a prototype of the database using a small sample of articles (~100-400) that are focused on stroke rehabilitation. The goal of this database is to enhance stroke rehabilitation by creating a database with the most up-to-date evidence that is easily sortable and creates comparisons between different treatments and outcomes. We would like to be able to have some functionality in sorting articles by sample size, population characteristics (i.e., age, gender), etc.. Whereby this information can be turned into a visual representation of the data (e.g., graph). The ultimate goal would be to create something with functions like this database for omega-3 products (https://youtu.be/q5XwoZmCie8). We have extracted the data we would like to input into the database and created an entity relationship diagram. We are seeking expertise in further development of the project. This project is fully-grant funded and would need to be completed within 6-10 months. We are looking to hire someone who is able to work with us in a flexible manner throughout this process - taking a more iterative approach (as it is a prototype). We are looking to start on this project as soon as possible.
