We are seeking a skilled and innovative Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain a highly adaptable database system with a dynamic searchable UI and real-time notification capabilities. This system will integrate API data from multiple industries, enabling users to filter, analyze, and receive live updates based on customizable criteria (e.g., dataset changes like Pre-Foreclosure filings). ### **Key Responsibilities**
1. **Database Design & API Integration**
- Architect a scalable, dynamic database schema capable of ingesting and normalizing heterogeneous data from multiple industry-specific APIs.
- Ensure seamless integration with external APIs, handling authentication, data parsing, and schema adaptability for diverse datasets.

2. **Dynamic Searchable UI Development**
- Build a user-friendly interface with customizable filters that dynamically adjust based on selected industries and available API data.
- Implement context-aware UI workflows (e.g., selecting an industry first, then displaying relevant datasets and filters).

3. **Real-Time Notification System**
- Design a "Live Time" alert system to notify users when specific datasets are updated (e.g., new Lis Pendens filings).
- Enable users to customize notification triggers based on dataset update frequency or specific data changes.

4. **Cross-Industry Adaptability**
- Ensure the system is flexible enough to onboard new industries and APIs with minimal reconfiguration.
- Develop modular code to handle varying data structures and update frequencies.

5. **Collaboration & Optimization**
- Work with stakeholders to define industry-specific requirements and user workflows.
- Monitor system performance, optimize queries, and ensure high availability.

**Technical Skills**
