Fix MySQL Query Syntax ASAP

The checkout section on my e-commerce site is throwing a MySQL syntax error that is blocking orders from being processed. I have already isolated the single SQL statement responsible, along with the relevant table structure and sample data. What I need right now is a clean, working version of that query plus a brief note on what caused the failure so I can avoid the same mistake elsewhere.

We are running on standard MySQL (InnoDB tables) and I can provide direct access to a staging database or a SQL dump—whichever lets you work fastest. Once the corrected statement runs without errors on staging, I’ll deploy it to production immediately.
