Financial Transaction Manager System
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I want to put in place a reliable system that records, tracks, and reconciles all of my organisation’s financial transactions from a single source of truth. The core requirement is straightforward: every payment, receipt, transfer, or refund must be captured accurately, stored securely, and be instantly retrievable when I need to audit or generate summaries for the accounting team.
At a minimum the build should:
• accept manual entries and CSV / Excel imports for bank feeds or card statements
• store each transaction in a structured database with clear links to payers, payees, dates, amounts, and reference numbers
• give me on-screen and downloadable reports that filter by date range, category, or account
I’m open to your suggestions on how deep the feature-set goes. If you already have modules for reporting & analytics, automated invoicing, or even full multi-currency support, let me know how these can slot in and what the extra effort looks like. Likewise, I haven’t locked down the target platform yet, so feel free to recommend a pure web app, a desktop client, a mobile companion—or a mix that makes sense for maintainability and security.
Deliverables I expect:
• A working application with source code and database schema
• Brief setup documentation and a short run-through call so I can see the workflow end-to-end
• Clear notes on any third-party libraries, APIs, or hosting requirements
If you’ve built bookkeeping, fintech, or ERP components before, show me. I value clean code, an intuitive UI, and realistic turnaround times.
