Expert Laravel Developer for Database Project

I am looking for someone with experience with GitHub - php-panel/laravel. I am currently working with a company that is taking forever to work on my project. Constant delays and errors have extended my project for over 9 months. I need the ability to not Only talk on the phone when needed but that you understand basic business practices and can follow directions.

I am located in the Los Angeles, California West Coast region for communication. I need someone that can look at very complicated code that a previous company has done and take over from them. I have code samples of what they have done.

This project is Extremely Database driven using MS SQL. All the modules store and retrieve data from multiple tables and the code has been spread out through Multiple folders and files on my server. There is easily 200K lines of code written.

The previous company is currently using GitHub for collaboration and code referencing calls.

I have a last request that you have experience with AI generated Inventory systems that can use Voice activation to make updates. This is the last module to be worked on, but it needs to be done after everything else is complete.
