ER Diagram expert

I am looking for an ER Diagram expert who can assist me with creating a Physical ER Diagram for my project. The level of complexity for the diagram is basic, and it involves 5-10 entities and relationships.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in creating Physical ER Diagrams
- Strong understanding of database design and entity relationship modeling
- Experience working with 5-10 entities and relationships in ER diagrams
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise diagrams
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the diagram
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL is a plus
