Develop a simple transfer learning app, with a simple textural interface (GUI).

I am an expert in a specialised field of scientific research. I am an independent researcher. Much of my knowledge is niche and highly specialised. I have been using the web based ChatGPT (Open Ai) platform to support my work. However, it does not have a memory of the sessions I've input. As my knowledge is nice and highly specialised, I am seeking an equivalent tool that I can remember and learn specific to my area of expertise. As my knowledge is proprietary, I am seeking a safe and secure app/interface, that can be developed as a research and writing assistant. Ideally, the AI tool would be able to read my existing research manuscripts, technical reports, data, so that it can generate outputs when provided with a task. I am not a wealthy individual. I am open to collaboration if someone wants to on-sell the output.
