Custom Database Integration Build with Zoho CRM and company website & worklfow -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a developer or small team that can own the entire lifecycle of a custom, database-level integration for our business. The work goes far beyond a connector; it involves analysing our existing data flows, designing the architecture, coding the synchronisation logic, and deploying a production-ready solution that supports our bespoke business rules.
Because the job is strictly about database integrations, you’ll be working directly with structured data stores. We haven’t locked ourselves into any single engine yet, so part of your brief is to recommend the most appropriate technologies, map the data models, and deliver a maintainable, well-documented codebase that other engineers can extend.
Key expectations
• Discover and document current data sources and target systems
• Design an integration strategy that covers schema mapping, transformation rules, error handling, and security
• Develop the integration code (Python, Node.js, or a language you justify) under version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Create automated tests that prove data integrity and performance at scale
• Deploy to our chosen environment and monitor the first production runs
• Deliver clear documentation and a brief knowledge-transfer session
Acceptance criteria
1. End-to-end data sync completes with zero data loss or corruption
2. All automated tests pass in our CI pipeline
3. Set-up scripts allow a fresh environment to be provisioned in under 30 minutes
4. Code and documents are handed over in a private Git repository
If this sounds like a challenge you can run with, tell me how you’d tackle the discovery phase and which tech stack you prefer for robust, secure database integrations.
