Custom MS Access Development
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
The assignment centres on building a clean, reliable MS Access database that will simplify my daily data workflow. Depending on the assessment you perform at kick-off, the job may involve refining an existing file or starting a fresh .accdb; either way, the outcome must be a well-normalised table structure, intuitive forms, fast queries, and clear reports, all tied together with VBA where automation makes sense.
Early tasks include discussing the current pain-points, mapping the data you will be working with, and proposing a concise schema that can grow without performance hits. I will supply sample records and any legacy objects once the contract begins.
Deliverables
• A fully functional MS Access file (.accdb) incorporating tables, relationships, forms, reports, and VBA modules
• Inline code comments plus a brief hand-over document outlining key objects and maintenance steps
• A short video or screenshare walk-through (15–20 min) so I can see the finished workflow in action
All work has to open natively in the latest Microsoft 365 desktop build; no third-party add-ins beyond standard references. Please outline an estimated timeline, note comparable projects you have completed, and flag any questions that help sharpen the scope before we begin.
