I'm looking to hire a database professional who can help develop a comprehensive Home Owners Association (HOA) database using Access. This database will keep track of various aspects of our association, including member details, home information, and more.
Essential data to be included;
- Member details: Name, contact information, home address, date of membership, and secondary home addresses.
- Home information: Date of purchase, well availability, rental status, primary residency status, secondary residence information
- Payment details: Various payment options, dues, miscellaneous payments, dates and amounts.
- Additional contact info: Spouse's, children's, relatives', and co-owners' contact details.
Ideal candidate should be experienced in Access, have excellent data management skills, deep understanding of database architecture, and reside in or around Moultonborough, NH. It is important that the database design allows for the easy addition, removal, and modification of records as member information changes.
