Bulid me a database and duplicate exited website in online

I need website and which it was in online , so need to duplicate that site by using some tools and create a new database for that , at the same time there is one more website it is also in online need to connect 2 websites in to one and connect with same data base , it includes total payment gate ways , wallet, game, withdrawal history, game pay history, referral programs etc...
So for this I need a person who know about the web knowledge and database knowledge, after completing the project it should be connect with server ( hosting ).
