Build a cloud database for maintenance activities

We manufacture museum display cases. They need regular maintenance. We need a database that tracks evaluation/ costs/ activities/ maintenance history. It should be able to generate bar-code or qr code that would be printed on a label for each case. It needs to be able to generate reports for estimates, engineering feedback and invoicing. The technician would travel with a tablet for inputing information. A mock-up of the fields is attached.
