Build Apartment Leasing Website
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to build an apartment leasing website for me. The platform the site should be built on can be proposed but needs to be robust, secure, easily managed, and reliable. Options could include: Wordpress, Ontraport, or Brightspot.
The site should replicate the same general function and design of apartments.com or rent.com. The design will need to be for both front and backend development as well as the graphic/UI design of the site. The site should be fully responsive and function equally as well on a mobile device or desktop. At a high level, the key features are below but the reference sites should be used for overall design/feature methodology:
- List properties for rent (sorted by a primary complex) then individually by unit, with full description, floorplan, "get more info button" to submit information and book an appointment - Appointment booking can be integrated into a third-party app (Calendly or similar). Backenbd tracking of these requets with a basic CRM for leasing agents to acknowledge the lead, send the user a message (that is sent via email), and/or mark as closed/communicated
- SEO fully functional and designed for optimal search engine indexing (main site and individual properties)
- Ability for users to register with the site and submit properties for lease that supports billing integration to charge for listings (or an option to simply allow for a "free" posting), payment integration through stripe
- Built-in such a way that the database and backend can easily scale for site growth as well as integration into a future mobile app
Phase 2 (to be completed after the site is built and launched):
Integration with SignNow digital signatures to allow for tenants to provide their information on the site, complete the lease, and collect the application fee
Phase 3 (to be completed after site is fully functional):
iPhone/Android app replicating capabilities of the website and adding mobile "friendly" functions like virtual/facetime video tours, add an appointment to the users device calendar, push notifications, etc
