Build Access Inventory System
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need a straightforward yet reliable inventory management database built entirely in Microsoft Access. The system will focus on our in-process manufacturing parts and must let us:
• Track real-time stock levels so any user can see what is on hand, what is committed, and current locations.
• Generate clear, filterable reports (daily activity, on-hand balances, movement history, out-of-stock alerts).
• Automatically create and print labels whenever a transaction is completed, keeping workstations moving without manual steps.
A clean front-end with intuitive forms for receiving, issuing, and adjusting stock is essential; users are not Access experts, so navigation has to be obvious. Back-end tables should be well-structured and documented to make future tweaks easy.
Deliverables: the finished .accdb file, a short setup guide, and sample data that demonstrates each feature working. If you have previous examples of Access inventory systems, a quick screenshot or demo clip will help me choose the right person.
