Automate Calendly Data to Google Sheets and create Dashboard and reports
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need an automation solution to transfer data from Calendly to Google Sheets in real-time. The data should include:
- Event details
- Participants' information
- Appointment dates and times
Structure database in google sheets for this data and for additional data I provide (types of appointments, prices per client appointment, etc.)
Ability to generate reports per client/individual (how many sessions have been used, how many more).
Ability to generate report about next actions needed (a column in the database) etc.
Additionally, I require a dashboard in Google Sheets that will indicate status of appointments as well as summary of my time use, earnings (based on types of appointments and client properties) etc.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Experience with data integration tools (like Zapier)
- Familiarity with Calendly
- Dashboard creation skills
Ideally, I would also like to be able to automatically generate invoices at the end of the month, using data from Calendly, combined with information provided elsewhere in the sheet (which client gets billed to whom etc.)
