I'm looking for Analyst/Programmer to design my Project
I plan to build a portal which offer nurses and part time caretaker to pick-up part-time job when there is a need for Locum by patients or family member. This portal is accessible by nurses/caretaker and patient/family members. There will be various type of job assignment covering by hours, day contract or by monthly contract. (Further details of the jobs will be given to serious bidder only).
I also have database of few hundreds/thousands of nurses who is currently doing the work but job is accepted by WhatsApp group or Telegram. The analyst (bidder of the project) MUST come up with Data entry page and Database plan for this group to the new portal. This simple database covers, name, contact number, email and qualification. The analyst MUST also plan/suggest the full information that maybe required for us to get the nurses to fill in as standard database.
- The Development/Coding of the portal will be done by 3rd party programmer.
- UI/UX of the portal will be done by 3rd party Designer.
- Design Plan will be produce by the bidder (you).
Project offer:
- System Design Plan: Complete Designing Plan/Framework/Instruction/Specification Requirements of the Portal which include coding language/libraries to be use by the programmer: USD$300. Total 20 pages report (including UI/UX attachments). Deadline (5 days).
- System Development Progress and keeping the Developer to be on development track will be your reporting responsibility. : USD$1,200 (12 week report @ US$100 per week / report). Report per week minimum 5 pages.
- The bidder MUST produce the report based on the standard Development methodology or SDLC.
- The deadline to produce the portal to be assigned to the developer is 3 months.
- You are also required to monitor the portal development by the developer based on the target schedule.
- I DO NOT want to use existing WP or PHP template, the project must be done from scratch.
