MS Access Production Planning Database

We are looking for an Access developer to help put the finishing touches to a production planning database, specifically creating intuitive and user-friendly forms for data entry. The majority of the work is done but we lack the coding skills for the more complex aspects, particularly the timesheet entry form. It needs to allow employees to record their hours per category/job/subcategory/day, then convert one row in the form to multiple records in the timesheet table, while also calculating overtime based on weekly totals. We have a plan for how it should work (see attached doc) - hopefully a simple task for the right person!
