MS Access Freelance Programmer
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need you to design and build a brand-new MS Access solution focused on workflow automation. The database will streamline three critical processes for my team: data entry with built-in validation, automatic report generation, and task assignments with email or popup notifications. Because we’re starting from scratch, you’ll be responsible for the entire architecture—tables, relationships, forms, VBA modules, and SQL queries—so the final file runs smoothly without relying on any legacy objects.
Here’s what success looks like:
• A well-structured ACCDB file with normalized tables and clear naming conventions.
• User-friendly forms that validate input on the fly, preventing bad data from ever reaching the tables.
• One-click reports (and the underlying queries) that can be filtered by date, status, or user.
• An automated task engine: when a new record meets certain criteria, it assigns the task to the right person and fires off a notification.
• Commented VBA code so future edits are straightforward, plus a short setup guide.
Timelines matter to me, and attention to detail is non-negotiable. If you bring expert-level MS Access, VBA, and SQL skills—and can hit agreed milestones—I’m ready to get started.
