SQL-Based ERP Development for Logistics

I need a developer to design a SQL database and a small ERP-style system for my logistics company. This system will create goods dispatch notes based on specific parameters.

Core Functionalities:
- Calculate quantities to be delivered per item per day.
- Calculate total of each item to be delivered per month per customer.
- File upload capability.
- Output goods dispatch notes in Excel format.
- Accessible as a web app for different users
- Dashboard to track progress of deliveries per month
- Interface to modify the data and based on delivery needs
- Capable of calculating and creating all the dispatch notes per week and per month

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in SQL and ERP system development.
- Strong experience in database design.
- Familiarity with Excel output generation.
