Inventory & CRM Build

I’m setting up a single platform that will let me keep a tight handle on both inventory and customer relationships. Everything revolves around physical goods, so I need the database schema, UI views, and automations to cover the full flow from stock arrival to customer follow-up.

Core functions to wire up
• Stock level monitoring with visual alerts when items hit custom reorder points.
• Order management that links purchase orders, sales orders, and in-house transfers while automatically adjusting on-hand counts.
• Supplier tracking, including contact info, contract terms, and historical performance metrics.
• Sales reports for suppliers so I can share SKU-specific sell-through figures on demand.

The build should rely on native Nocobase modules wherever possible; when extensions or custom code are unavoidable, keep them lightweight and well-documented. Database relationships must stay clean so future reporting in SQL or the built-in chart widgets remains straightforward.

I’ll provide an ER sketch, field naming conventions, and sample CSVs for import once we start. Acceptance is a working Nocobase workspace file (or Docker image) that I can spin up locally, complete with demo data and a quick README walking through the main workflows.
