Phase 1 Brief – King Laminant Management Panel
Objective

The basic framework of the panel will be established. User roles, login/logout processes, and branch structure will be completed. All modules in later phases will be built on this infrastructure.

Scope (To be completed in Phase 1)

User Management:

Login/logout, password reset

Create/edit/delete users

Role assignment (Admin, Branch Manager, Field Staff, Accounting)

Branch Management:

Add/edit branches

Linking users to branches

Authorization:

Role-based menus and access restrictions

Interface:

Entire panel will be in Dutch

Basic navigation (sidebar/topbar)

Infrastructure:

Database schema (user + branch relations)

Email sending (password reset, invitations)

Basic PDF infrastructure (sample export available)

Excluded (Left for Later Phases):

Sales and invoicing processes

Field operations, QR code

Reporting & dashboard

Deliverables:

Panel running in a staging environment

Admin login with ability to manage users/branches

Role-based access functioning correctly

Dutch interface

README (installation instructions)

Expected Responses (From Developer):
