Global Professional Networking Site Build

I’m creating a large-scale social networking site aimed at bringing together more than 89 million professionals worldwide. The core requirement at this stage is a reliable, fast, and secure messaging system built directly into the platform.

Key objectives
• Develop the foundational web platform that supports individual user accounts, sign-up/login, and profile basics.
• Integrate real-time instant messaging so members can connect one-to-one the moment they land on the site.
• Ensure the codebase is ready for massive growth—scalable architecture, clean APIs, and solid database design are essential.
• Prioritize data privacy, encryption in transit and at rest, and straightforward user controls for message history.

Tech landscape
I’m open to proven stacks such as React or Vue on the front end and Node, Django, or similar frameworks on the back end—as long as the end result delivers low-latency chat and straightforward maintenance.

Deliverables
1. A deployable MVP of the social networking site with login, profile stub, and instant messaging.
2. Documentation for setup, database schema, and future feature hooks (group chat, voice/video, or content sharing can follow on later).
3. Brief hand-off session or screencast walking through key components and how to extend them.
