Full-Stack Developer Needed for Scalable Student Community Web App

**Title: Full-Stack Developer Needed for a Scalable Student Community Web Application (Phase 1)**

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Application Developer to build Phase 1 of an exciting startup project.

The project is a student-focused community platform that is initially launching as a Founding Members website and survey system. This is not a simple landing page or temporary website. It is intended to become a scalable web application in future phases, so the architecture and database design are extremely important.

Phase 1 Requirements

The developer will build:

* Landing page
* Founding Members benefits page
* 1-2 minute survey form
* Thank You / Waitlist page
* Password-protected admin dashboard
* Database integration
* Automatic welcome email after survey submission
* Privacy Policy page
* Terms of Use page
* Responsive design for desktop and mobile devices

Admin Dashboard Requirements

The admin dashboard should allow:

* Viewing all survey submissions
* Viewing individual responses
* Searching and filtering submissions
* Exporting data to CSV or Excel
* Basic analytics and reporting
* Secure admin login

### Important Technical Requirements

* The project must be built in a scalable manner.
* Phase 1 should NOT need to be rebuilt when future features are added.
* The database must allow additional fields and modules to be added easily.
* The architecture should support future expansion of the platform.
* Clean, maintainable, and well-documented code is required.

### Preferred Technologies

Modern and scalable technologies are preferred. Examples include:

* Next.js
* TypeScript
* PostgreSQL
* Supabase
* Vercel
* GitHub

Equivalent modern technologies may also be proposed if they are suitable for scalability and long-term maintenance.

Ownership Requirements

The client must retain ownership of:

* Source code
* Domain name
* Hosting account
* Database account
* GitHub repository
* Any third-party services used

All project assets must be fully transferable to the client.
