I need a tracking records that look like they come from a tracking system that is specifically designed to track earthmoving equipment. The core feature should be the capability to review historical data. This system should not only display a comprehensive record of the equipments location, but also depict detailed movement history over a specific time period. This will enable in-depth analysis of performance, operational trends, and maintenance needs.

I have a list of 25 + machines with locations and dates of movements, I would like to provide this data and have someone provide a sheet showing the equipment details and the dates of the equipment movements to other locations, needs to be presentable and also needs to be scalable.
I have a project which as an after thought My client has requested equipment location information, I have manually tracked all the equipment using excel, our client would the info provided in a format where it looks like it is from a tracking system. basically a small map up top with a list of movements underneath I have provided n example, on the days where the equipment did not move more than 20km it can just place n entry stating in same location.
