Design RTL Access Form & Translate

I need a skilled professional to redesign an existing Access database form to support right-to-left (RTL) orientation for data entry purposes. The current form is designed for left-to-right (LTR) orientation, and I require it to be converted for RTL use, specifically for entering students attendance data. Additionally, I need assistance in filling and translating the languages table into Arabic.
