Design Database

I am seeking help to design a normalized database for Corporate Budgeting for a Projectized Organization. I am seeking a coach who is familiar with Visual Database Builder (http://myvisualdatabase.com/). I already have the information for entities and I am seeking help build the design. If you have knowledge and experience of building business database system, please respond to my project. Experience with Pascal Programming will be a huge plus.
