Customization of Admin Dashboard Template for Web Application

We are looking for a skilled freelance programmer to customize a readymade admin dashboard template to meet our project requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing web applications and possess a strong knowledge of React, JavaScript, jQuery, databases, CSS, and HTML. The web application should be fully responsive.
Some basic functionalities would be:
- Customization: Modify and customize a pre-built admin dashboard template according to our specific needs.
- User Registration: Implement a user registration system allowing users to create accounts and log in.
- Admin Area: User management (approve, edit, ban, etc.), role-based access control (admin, viewer)
- Project Management: Task creation, progress tracking
- Data Management: Data file (excel, csv, text) import/export, filtering, sorting.
- Graphical Data Representation: Integrate graphs and charts to display data visually.
- Credit System: Develop a feature where users can buy credits which can be used within the web app.
- API Integration: Third party API integration for service implementation.
- Mobile Responsiveness
Skills Required:
React: Strong proficiency in React for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
JavaScript: Advanced knowledge of JavaScript for developing interactive features.
jQuery: Experience with jQuery for DOM manipulation and event handling.
