Brisbane Property Database Setup

I need every address in Brisbane, QLD Australia captured in a PostgreSQL database along with these columns: land-area, current zoning, permissible building height and, wherever records allow, the registered owner’s name. Once the data is loaded I must be able to run simple SQL to pull an entire suburb’s records and export them.

Your job covers the full pipeline: sourcing the datasets, cleaning and normalising the fields, designing a tidy schema, importing everything into PostgreSQL on my local machine and configuring indexes so suburb-level queries return quickly. When the data is in place you’ll remote into my computer (I’m happy to use TeamViewer, AnyDesk or RDP—whatever you prefer) to install PostgreSQL, apply the schema, load the data and show me a couple of sample exports.

Acceptance criteria
• Complete, de-duplicated list of Brisbane addresses with the four data points above
• Database delivered and running on my PC, ready for ad-hoc SQL and CSV export
• A brief text file documenting data sources, table structure and two sample queries
