Add Features to WordPress Plugin( Expert needed )

I already run a WordPress plugin that works well visually, but the time has come to extend what it can actually do. I’m looking for a developer who can dive into the existing codebase, understand its current hooks, filters and class structure, and then build out brand-new functionality on top of it—no design tweaks or bug hunting, just fresh features.
