I'm looking for a Freelancer to develop a chatbot using Google Dialogflow to benefit the patients of my medical diagnostic center. The chatbot will allow patients to interact with their data in their electronic health record (EHR) and easily retrieve (exams performed, results and trends when applicable, reports (PDF), etc.) and add new data (exams, results or values, etc.) into their EHR on a daily basis. We need a developer that is experienced in building chatbots with Google Dialogflow and knowledgeable about creating a reliable and efficient system to manage patient data. Our data is stored in Oracle DB.
