replication

I am looking for someone to help me (based in Malaysia) with replicating my data. Specifically, the desired outcome from the replication is to achieve load balancing, and the size of the data to be replicated is less than 1TB. Replication will be accomplished through snapshot replication.

I need somebody who is experienced and knowledgeable in storing data safely, while ensuring there is access to reliable, current information. I am open to suggestions and ideas from freelancers on how to create a more efficient process, as I am looking for an experienced professional to manage the project from inception to completion.
