linux - login user/pass 5 STARS

I have a user that works fine username/password and have another one trying the same and is not working
why would one user work and another user does not ?

edit the /etc/ssh/sshd_config file:
edit /etc/ssh/sshd_config
Then find the PasswordAuthentication and set it to yes:
PasswordAuthentication yes
After that restart the SSH service:
sudo systemctl restart sshd
Would be GREAT to meet you? We can do a screen share?
Please note there is hope we can mutually complete this task; we can leave each other nice comments and 5 stars for each? Been having cancer and was unemployed - is $12 ok?
