I am looking for an experienced Google Cloud Expert to help me with a one-time video project that requires data storage services for a video library. I am on a tight budget and cannot spend more than $500 on this project. All solutions must comply with industry and Google standards and best practices. The right candidate must have strong understanding of video database management, security, and optimization. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its related services, such as BigQuery, is a must.
