I'm looking for a highly experienced database administrator to assist with my existing SQL database. I'm seeking help with performance optimization, and specifically tasks such as troubleshooting performance issues, and maintaining system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements.
The ideal candidate should hold expert-level knowledge of SQL and be adept at understanding database activities and relationships, and have a strong grasp on database performance. I'm looking for an individual who is meticulous and highly organized, with great problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
The right team member must be able to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
