Trend chart (lines)

Looking for code/commands to create a trend chart from and .csv file that is uploaded from an HMI memory.
The .csv will contain the following 4 columns: Time in minutes, 3 values (range from 0-200).
Can that be done in Excel or any other common software? Execution should be pressing a button after pointing to the file.
