SQL Server to PostgreSQL Migration

I need a small database (up to 1 GB) migrated from MS SQL Server to PostgreSQL. The project involves converting:

Data tables
Stored procedures
Triggers

Additionally, there are some custom scripts or functions that also need to be converted.
