SQL Server Optimization for .NET

I’m building a C# .NET full-stack application and the part slowing me down is database management. The project already has its front-end and API layers in place; what I need now is an experienced SQL Server specialist who can step in, assess the existing schema, and make the data layer rock-solid.

You’ll be looking at tables created through Entity Framework migrations, several hand-written stored procedures, and a set of LINQ queries that are starting to show performance issues in production-like loads. I’d like you to refactor or redesign where necessary, tune indexes, and help establish best-practice patterns so the code stays maintainable.
