2019 SQL AOAG - not synching

I have a lab that I am setting up. It has two Windows 2016 servers in a Cluster that is working. Just two nodes with an iSCSI disk witness.

The SQL is the 2019 Developers Edition

All I am trying to do is have two 2019 Microsoft AdventureWorks sample database synchronize and to be able to failover properly. That's all. It seems like a beginner task.

But the databases do not sync !

The job is to remote in and get this working. You can delete the databases or AOAG and redo them or whatever you want to do.
