SAP B1 administration and Technical Support

I am looking for an SAP B1 administrator and technical support specialist to assist me with the following:

I have 2 servers for SAP B1 program
The first is the data base
The second is the application

I have a question, what is the best way to backup the data base, application, and attached files such as records, archived contracts, and other PDF files?

Required :
1- What is the method for taking a backup of the data base, the application, and the archived files, and what is the tool used?

2- I would like to create a test backup server to test the backup copy and ensure its integrity
