Resolve Growing Sidekiq Enqueued Queue Issue

I'm currently experiencing an issue with my application Chatwoot where the enqueued queue keeps increasing, despite the server being far from its maximum capacity.

Detailed Project Requirements:

- Identify and analyze why the Sidekiq Enqueued Queue is growing unchecked.
- Implement appropriate solutions to manage and curb the increasing queue size.

Server/Database Information:

- Server Infrastructure: Virtual private server (VPS).
- Database: PostgreSQL.

Sidekiq Task Handling:

- Primarily used for data processing and background jobs.

Ideal Candidate Experience & Skills:

- Solid understanding and experience with Sidekiq and its functioning.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL databases.
- Extensive experience with virtual private server (VPS) environments.
- Capable of troubleshooting and resolving queue growth issues swiftly and effectively.
- Prior experience with Chatwoot or similar applications will be a plus.
