Rebuild A simple film Search database on wamp local server

About 8 years ago I started a project for simple search Film database for my father who is 80 years old. The details are in the link below.

My Dad's pc crashed before but I was able to get the database working in the past but it crashed again and I to get it running again and also to future proof it for windows 11 please.
1. originally setup the database to work in windows 7.
2. Using WAMP server
3. As local database that can be view on chrome and PHP myadmin
