Professional Database Developer needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our organization is looking for a Database Developer with experience creating, testing, improving, and maintaining new and old SQL databases in accordance with our client's specifications. You will collaborate closely with other team members and offer technical support to our client as part of our IT team. You will work closely with the .NET developers to maintain system consistency, collaborate closely with other team members, and provide technical support to our customer. To be successful, you must be a problem solver who can think critically and analytically.
This position will be responsible for designing and maintaining MS SQL databases that are stable, dependable, and relevant, as well as working with the client to document reporting and analytics requirements and creating and maintaining reports utilizing reporting technologies such as SSRS and Power BI. You'll also be responsible for assisting the client with data management, thoroughly documenting the database(s), and ensuring that all databases fulfill security and performance standards.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of three years of hands-on database development experience is required.
- Proven familiarity with Power BI and SSRS reporting tools for developing and maintaining reports
- Comprehensive knowledge of data management (permissions, recovery, security, monitoring)
- Experience with software development, online applications, and other related topics. HTML, JavaScript, and - - the.NET Framework
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including courtesy, professionalism, and a willingness to work together.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- Excellent time management abilities
- Ability to efficiently organize and manage workload
