Process to convert Sybase 17 database to SQL Server 2019/2022

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help me convert my Sybase 17 database to SQL Server 2019/2022. The database is less than 1 GB in size and I have already installed and configured SQL Server. There are no specific customizations or features that need to be preserved during the conversion process. However, all schema and data must be converted over to SQL Server. I am open open to using a 3rd party utility or custom scripts that will perform this process. Validation in the form of schema and data row comparison between source (Sybase 17 db) and Destination (SQL Server db) must be part of the delivery.
