Postgres SQL Enterprise Setup

I am in need of a skilled PostgreSQL DBA to assist in setting up and configuring a wide range of enterprise tools. The ideal candidate must have expert knowledge in the installation, configuration, and use of the following tools:

- EFM (Enterprise Failover Manager)
- PEM (Postgres Enterprise Manager)
- EDB Migration
- pgBackRest
- pgBouncer
- pgPool

In addition to the initial setup, I require some specific expertise to fully leverage these tools. Specifically, it would be great if you have previous experience with:

- Backup and restore tasks using pgBackRest
- Connection pooling with pgBouncer
- Load balancing with pgPool
