POSTGRES DB WORKS

I am looking for conversion of some works from MS SQL to Postgres. we need you to migrate our SQL Server database to Postgres DB. This includes conversion of Tables and indexes, Procedures, and Functions. I need the tables/indexes are to be migrated first and then start with procedures. I am looking for persons who are experienced in Postgres DB handling and will be interested to provide the works in a Cost Effective way.
