Operators License Approval Database

We're a finance company looking for assistance with gathering a database of recent operators license approvals in the UK.
The information that we are looking for are on the GOV.UK website. Here is a link to the data we will be needing: https://www.vehicle-operator-licensing.service.gov.uk/search/check-vehicle-operator-decisions-applications
You will need to refine the search criteria by the following:
Licence Type: Standard National, Restricted, Standard International
License Traffic Area: East of England, London and the South East of England, North East of England, North West of England, Scotland, Wales, West Midlands and West of England
Good or PSV: Goods Vehicle
Publication Type: All
Publication Section: Application Granted
The database must consist of licences that have been approved within the last year (2020-2021) and are valid. They must also be limited companies only. We are based in Horsham, West Sussex so we can start the list with companies within the local area and expand outwards from there.
